Consequence of Sound

Consequence of Sound is a Chicago based music industry leading online publication, specialising in providing the latest music news and reviews, particularly breaking festival line-ups.

I worked as a UK news freelancer for several months between 2012 and 2013, while I also had the privilege of reporting on Glastonbury Festival.

Live4ever: Presents Series, Interviews & Festivals

Having been a staff writer on Live4ever’s books since 2012, I have contributed several articles away from the traditional album review pieces.

This includes covering bands for the website’s ‘Presents’ series, where in-depth features and interviews are conducted to introduce the readership to exciting new bands on the UK/US indie circuit.

Candid Magazine

Candid Magazine is a burgeoning London based men’s fashion and culture magazine available in print form and online.

I have contributed several new music and live reviews for their music section in both digital and print formats, with the print version made available in Harrods and Selfridges stores on Oxford Street.

Far Out Magazine

Having followed Bipolar Sunshine’s career since witnessing a breakthrough gig at Y Not Festival in 2014, I managed to grab the man himself for an interview at Manchester’s Soup Kitchen before a gig.

The article rank highly in Google when searching for Bipolar Sunshine interviews, while it has also been actively shared on social media.

Live4ever

The Live4ever website sits under the umbrella of Live4ever Media LLC, which includes the world’s most popular site forum reporting on the Gallagher brothers.

It is an internationally syndicated publication which covers music news and upcoming bands on both sides of the atlantic, with the aim of promoting grass roots rock & roll alongside all the big news in the industry.

Manchester Airport Group: Travel Ideas

Our Travel Ideas blog pages were created to support our bi-weekly e-mail send outs from our CRM team. The aim was to provide engaging and relevant content surrounding current travel or cultural themes and was aimed at both segmented audiences and mass airport audiences numbering in the hundreds of thousands.
